Understand our refund procedures and terms for Damonpay services.

At Damonpay, we aim to provide a seamless payment processing experience. Our refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent for all parties involved. However, refunds are granted at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

1. Refunds for End Users

Payment Transaction Refunds

Refunds for transactions processed through Damonpay must be initiated directly with the website where the payment was made.

Damonpay does not handle refunds directly as we are only the payment processor facilitating the transaction between you and the merchant. We are not liable for refund decisions made by merchants.

2. Refunds for Clients

Subscription Refunds

Clients subscribing to Damonpay's services may request refunds for unused subscription periods within 14 days of payment, subject to approval.

Refund requests can be submitted to our support team. Processing time for approved refunds is 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds are issued without explicit approval.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Important Notice

  • • Any fees incurred for completed payment transactions are non-refundable
  • • Custom development or integration fees are also non-refundable
  • • Processing fees and third-party gateway charges cannot be refunded
  • • Setup fees for custom integrations are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • • All charges are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise

5. Limitation of Liability

Critical Limitation

Damonpay SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THE INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, OR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Damonpay IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY REFUND DENIALS OR DELAYS.

6. Special Circumstances

Service Disruption Refunds

In cases of significant service disruption caused by our platform, we may provide prorated refunds or service credits at our sole discretion. Each case will be evaluated individually based on the impact and duration of the disruption. No refunds are guaranteed.

7. Disputes

Resolution Process

For any disputes regarding refunds, contact our support team and we will work towards a fair resolution at our discretion. Our dispute resolution process includes:

  • • Initial review within 3 business days
  • • Detailed investigation of the disputed transaction
  • • Communication with all relevant parties
  • • Final resolution within 14 business days (subject to our discretion)
